Last one, I promise. And it’s picture heavy – not much reading required.

On Monday my sister Heather and brother-in-law Chris hosted us at their place for a post-Christmas/birthday celebration (fun fact: Chris, PJ and 2 of our cousins all have the same birthday, which happens to be New Years Eve!). We spent the afternoon enjoying delicious homemade clam chowder, admiring their beautiful tree and playing with their cat Perkins (who is very well behaved, despite what Heather and Chris would have you think).

Justin was feeling a little under the weather (you know, on account of the burns) so he sat this one out. Brody wasn’t invited (you know, on account of he can be ill-behaved) so he sat on the couch and posed:

What a ham.

All-in-all, it was a great Christmas weekend (despite a few hiccups). Justin doesn’t know it yet but I think we’re going to leave the decorations up year-round. It really adds a little something extra, don’t you think?
