Justin and I are thrilled to announce that we are expecting a tiny (or not-so-tiny, given our respective birth weights) addition to The Wily Hound crew! The Bean is scheduled to make his or her appearance on November 1st and we couldn’t be more excited.

As expected, Brody is beside himself.

Okay, so he’s still coming around to the idea, but his mood improved significantly when we assured him that his treat ration would be unaffected.

I am toying with the idea of writing the occasional pregnancy-related post to keep friends and out-of-town family members in the loop, so feel free to skip right over those if you’re only here for the hound or food content. That, of course, will continue since Brody is still ridiculous and I’m one of the lucky few who has had almost no food aversions resulting from pregnancy. I’m happy to know that this baby and I are on the same page already.
